We do it all for you! From creating seating chart displays and layouts to beautiful centerpieces - Fully setting up and cleaning the venue - Coordinating your guests - Bar is fully prepped with all needs and menu displays - and more!
Staff will be onsite for your entire event. We will work directly with your vendors for proper setup and to help the event run safe and smooth! We are here to help with setup of the reception and ceremony. We will also assist in cleanup and help you pack-up on the last day. All of our events are a full service package! We want to make your special day stress-free and memorable!

With years of experience in the restaurant industry and being the head chef for our large horse events for the past 15 years, Karen Polednak and her staff are able to customize a menu and make sure all guests are comfortable by working within your budget. We work closely with The Red Schoolhouse, a great local restaurant that provides some of our entrees.
Professionalism and keeping quality important, is why she has a high rating for all our events. Gluten Free, Kid, Dietary Menu Options.
